I have received many requests from our facebook friends, especially Jader Ricarte; every time he requested Domo Kun theme. When we granted his request we decided to make full functional theme of Domo Kun; but I m busy with my exams and Zayed busy in his office work we don’t have much more time; so we made this theme very simple and old design.
Domo Kun theme for [intlink id=”182″ type=”category”]Nokia C3 & X2-01[/intlink] with analog clock. I have not used calendar or digital clock on this theme. Now we are consider to make Series 60 and [intlink id=”14″ type=”category”]SonyEricsson theme[/intlink] as well. But we don’t leave making Nokia C3 and other 40 series themes.
Domo (どーもくん Dōmo-kun) is the official mascot of Japan’s NHK television station, appearing in several 30 second stop-motion interstitial sketches shown as station identification during shows. The name “Domo” was acquired during the second episode of his show in which a TV announcer said, “dōmo, konnichiwa” (どうも、こんにちは), which is a greeting meaning something along the lines of, “Well, hello there!”, but which can also be interpreted as “Hello, Domo!”, and thus is a convenient pun (dajare). The kun suffix on “Domo-kun,” the name used to describe the character in the Japanese versions, is a Japanese honorific often used with young males.
